Below, my review 6 months ago. Update - so very happy! Don came through and made my son and his family's 2024 summer amazing! Soon after, my husband & I decided to trade in our large camper for smaller hauler 🙂 and were pleasantly surprised by the service - thank you Mackenzie:-) for your patience showing us campers. From the service/parts, sales & finance. It has been pleasant. Don't understand the negative reviews. Short notice wanting immediate service....not gonna happen in my experience. I've dealt with Saskatoon and North Battleford. Pitiful, just pitiful.
Will deal with Frank Dunn from now on. Have every confidence they will provide exemplary customer service. And we will understand when things get busy (spring) if we can't be accommodated. Busy industry.

I was in today to find out if my son's motorhome was going to finally have the roof replaced (have been waiting since Oct, 2023). Les & Don made my entire year when they stated they could finally get it in to an empty bay to start the process. Actually have been waiting longer because the RV repair company in Saskatoon was far less faithful and disappointing. It has been so frustrating - good RV repair shops are hard to find. Frank Dunn has been around P.A. for a long time. My faith, hopefully, has paid off. My son is living with cancer. Camping is what he needs / wants to do now with his family for as long as he can. Thank you Les & Don.
